Q. Consider the following reversible chemical reactions:
$A _2( g )+ B _2( g ) \xrightleftharpoons{K_1} 2 AB ( g ) \ldots .(1) $
$6 AB ( g ) \xrightleftharpoons{K_2} 3 A _2( g )+3 B _2( g ) \ldots(2)$
The relation between $K_1$ and $K_2$ is :

Solution:

$A _2( g )+ B _2( g ) \xrightleftharpoons{k_1} 2 AB \ldots . .(1)$
$\Rightarrow e q \cdot(1) \times 3$
$6 AB ( g ) \rightleftharpoons 3 A _2( g )+3 B _2( g )$
$\Rightarrow\left(\frac{1}{k_1}\right)^3=k_2 \Rightarrow k_2=\left(k_1\right)^{-3}$
