Q. Column I gives a list of possible set of parameters measured in some experiments. The variations of the parameters in. the form of graphs are shown in Column II. Match the set of parameters given in Column I with the graph given in Column II. Indicate your answer by darkening the appropriate bubbles of the $4 \times 4$ matrix given in the ORS.

Solution:

$( A ) \rightarrow( P ),( S ) $
$ U =\frac{1}{2} k x^{2}$
which is the equation of a parabola.
$(B) \rightarrow(Q),(S)$
$S=u t+\frac{1}{2} a t^{2} $
$(C) \rightarrow(S)$
Range $=\frac{v^{2}}{g} \sin 2 \theta$
which is a parabola that passes through the origin.
$(D) \rightarrow(Q)$
$T^{2}=\frac{4 \pi^{2} l}{g}$
which is the equation of straight line that passes through the origin.
