Solution:

At $t=0$ capacitor is short circuit and inductor is open circuit.
Solution
$i_{1}=\frac{20}{5 + 5}=2A$
At $t=\in fty$ capacitor is open circuit and inductor is a short circuit.
Solution
$i_{2}=\frac{20}{5 + 5}=2 \, A$
$\therefore \, \, \frac{i_{1}}{i_{2}}=\frac{2}{2}=1$
