On simplifying circuit we get

No current in upper wire.
$\therefore V _{ AB }=\frac{5}{4+1} \times 4=4 v $
$\therefore \theta=\left( C _{ \text{eq} }\right) v$
$\Rightarrow 2 \times 4=8 \mu C$
