Solution:

$K_{p}=K_{c}\left(RT\right)^{\Delta n}$
$\Delta n=n_{p}-n_{R}=1$
$167=K_{c}\left(0.0821\times1073\right)$
$K_{c}=\frac{167}{0.0821\times1073}=1.89$
