$I _{ L }=\frac{ V _{ AB }}{ R _{ L }}=\frac{10}{2000}=5 mA$
$I =\frac{60-10}{4000}=\frac{50}{4000}=12 \cdot 5 mA$
$I = I _{ L }+ I _{ Z } \therefore I _{ Z }= I - I _{ L }=7 \cdot 5 mA$
Hence, $12.5 mA , 7.5 mA , 5 mA$
