Fundamental frequency of string $ \text{= GCF} $ of the successive harmonics of frequencise 70 Hz and 84 Hz $ \therefore $ $ n=14\,Hz $ $ \Rightarrow $ $ \frac{v}{2l}=1.4 $ $ \Rightarrow $ $ v=2\times 1.5\times 14 $ $ =42\,m/s $
