Solution:

We know that, barrier potential of $G e, V_{B_1}=0.3 V$ and barrier potential of $S i, V_{B_2}=0.7 V$
Redrawing the above figure as

Applying KVL, we get
$ -19+0.3+1 \cdot I+0.7+2 I=0$
$ \Rightarrow 3 I=18 \Rightarrow I=6 A$
