Velocity acquired by a particle while falling from a height $H$ is
$V=\sqrt{2 g H}\,\,\,....(i)$
As $\lambda=\frac{h}{m v}=\frac{h}{m \sqrt{2 g H}}$ (Using (i))
$\Lambda \alpha \frac{1}{\sqrt{H}}$
