$\varepsilon=\frac{MdI}{dt}$ or $\frac{\Delta \phi}{\Delta t}=\frac{M \Delta I}{\Delta t}$
$\Rightarrow \Delta \phi=M \Delta I=(1.5)(20-0)=30 \,Wb$
