Solution:

Power $P=\frac{\text { Work }}{\text { Time }}$
Work done by both will be same.
Hence, $\frac{P_{1}}{P_{2}}=\frac{t_{2}}{t_{1}}=\frac{20}{15}=\frac{4}{3}$
