$ T \sin \theta=\frac{ mv^2}{ R } $
$ \tan \theta=\frac{ v ^2}{ Rg }$
$ \tan \theta=\frac{20^2}{40 \times 10}$
$ \tan \theta=1$
$\Rightarrow \theta=\frac{\pi}{4}$
