When the capacitor completely charged, there is no current passes through it. Current exists only in other branch.
$I=\frac{V}{R_{e q}}=\frac{5}{1 + 4}= \, 1A$
The potential difference across capacitor $=5-1=4 \, V$
Charge stored in capacitor, $q$
$=C\times V=8\times 4=32C$
