Solution:
Some amino acids are coded by more than one codon, hence the code is degenerate. This was explained by Francis Crick as a Wobble hypothesis where only the first two bases of the codon have a precise pairing with the bases of the anticodon of tRNA, while the pairing between the third bases of codon and anticodon may sway or move unsteadily. Methionine is coded only by AUG and tryptophan is coded only by UGG. Thus we can't apply the Wobble hypothesis here.
