Eutrophication means nutrient enrichment.Rich growth of micro-organism consumes most of the dissolved oxygen, so as to depreve other organism. It generally occurs at the bottom layers of deep lakes. Eutrophication is harmful to fish and other aquatic life. Oligotrophic means less amount of nutrient.
