Here only (B) is correct and rest are incorrect. As Gluconic acid is a monocarboxylic acid which is formed by the partial oxidation of glucose.
As Gluconic acid can not form cyclic (acetal/hemiacetal) structure due to absence of aldehyde and ketone.
Oxidation of glucose with HNO3 gives Saccharic acid which is dicarboxylic acid. Primary alcohol and aldehyde both get oxidised to carboxylic acid.
