GFR in an individual is, in males, the rate is 120-125ml/min, in females, it is 110ml/min. On average, 25-30gm of urea is excreted out per day. Urine output is about 1.5 to 2L/day. Our lungs remove large amounts of carbon dioxide, approximately 0.9-1kg/day/human.
