In the given figure, bacteria is spirillum shaped, and a group of flagella is seen emerging from both the ends of cell, hence it is Amphitrichous spirillum.
In monotrichous, only one flagellum is seen extending from the one end of bacterial cell. In cephalotrichous, a tuft of flagella is present only at one end of the cell. Therefore, it can’t be Cephalotrichous spirillum. In peritrichous condition multiple flagella are randomly distributed over the bacterial cell.
