Python have hind limbs as the vestigial organ. Most of the species of snakes lost all traces of limbs but snakes in the boa and python family have a tiny pair of hind limbs. Python’s hind limbs are vestigial due to its habits and habitat. These vestigial legs can actually be seen as a pair of spur’s that sticks out where the body ends and tail begins. These legs rarely do any harm.
