Mn has tendency to form
Fluorine is highly electronegative. Therefore, fluorine atom has a strong tendency to attract electrons. seven fluorine does not create a crowd surrounding the manganese atoms. Hence MnF7 is not stable.
As I− is a stronger reducing agent, i.e. reductant, and reduces Cu2+ into Cul and Itself is oxidized into I2 . Therefore, [CuI4]2− does not. MnO3F in Mn+7 and less crowded surrounding cental metal hence, it is stable.
