Peptide bond is between amino acids. The -COOH of one amino acid interacts with -NH2 of other amino acid and this causes removal of one water molecule. Glycosidic bond is formed between monosaccharides. This bond is between aldehydic or ketonic group and hydroxyl group. This bond formation also releases water molecule. In phosphodiester bond formation the bond is formed between hroxyl groups and this too releases water molecules. Hydrogen bond is seen between nitrogen bases and no water molecule is removed in this formation.
