Solution:

Male reproductive system in cockroach-
Cockroach is an unisexual or dioecious animal and possesses well-developed reproductive organs. Male reproduction system consists of 1-pair of testis that is located on the lateral side in the 4-6 abdominal segments. Each testis is formed by 3 or 4 lobes. Each of these lobes is divided into many lobules that produces sperms. A vas-deferens arises from each of the two testes, that opens into an ejaculatory duct through the seminal vesicle. The ejaculatory duct opens outside through the male genital pore, that is situated ventral to anus. Seminal vesicles are the numerous sac like structures located at the junction of vas-deferens and ejaculatory duct. A gland called mushroom or utricular gland is associated with the seminal vesicles. Tips of these long tubules are called uricose glands. These glands absorb excretory material from the haemocoel. A gland called phallic or conglobate gland, located on the mushroom gland opens outside by a separate duct. Conglobate gland thus, is found only in the male cockroaches.
