Solution:

The ejection/backflow of the partially digested food of the stomach through the mouth is known as vomiting. It is often preceded by a feeling known as nausea. It is a reflex action i.e. an involuntary and instantaneous movement in response to a stimulus by the CNS. The center which controls the action is located in the medulla oblongata of the hindbrain.
