The viterous chamber in eye is filled with a viscous jelly like viterous humor containing 99% water, some salt, a little mucoprotein and hyaluronic acid. It is the part between lens and ratina. At its periphery it is condensed to form a viterous membrane. It is mucoid connective tissue.
