Cell of bacteria is prokaryotic in nature. Prokaryotic cell does not contain membrane bound organelles like nucleus, mitochondria etc. Genetic material of bacteria is DNA without histones protein. Genetic material of eukaryotic cell is DNA with histone protein. Histones are basic protein associated with DNA of eukaryotic cells. RNA is genetic material of some viruses like HIV virus.
