Induced voltage in the coil is
$V=-L\frac{di}{dt}$
Since $\frac{di}{dt}$ is a constant,
$\therefore V\propto L$
Thus, $\frac{V_2}{V_1}=\frac{L_2}{L_1}=\frac{2}{8}=\frac{1}{4}$
Power given to the two coils is same
$\therefore V_1{i}_1=V_2{i}_2$
$\frac{i_2}{i_1}=\frac{V_1}{V_2}=4$
Energy stored in a coil, $W=\frac{1}{2}L{i}^2$
