Solution:

Trochosphere, also known as trochophore is a small, translucent, and free-swimming larva which is the characteristic of the marine annelids (Nereis) and most groups of molluscs. They are pear-shaped or spherical and are girdled by a ring of minute hairlike structures called cilia that enables them to swim. Trocophores creates water eddy by moving their cilia rapidly. In this way, trochophores control the direction of their movement.
