Solution:
The living differentiated cells that have lost the capability to divide can regain the capacity of the division under certain conditions; this phenomenon is called dedifferentiation. It occurs during secondary growth when permanent cell-like parenchyma regains the power of division to form vascular cambium and cork cambium. The redifferentiation is the event of losing the ability to divide by dedifferentiated cells.
