Solution:

Nuclear envelop consist of two unit membrane. The outer membrane bears ribosomes on its cytoplasmic surface and rough. It is continuous with ER at certain places. It is perforated by round holes called nuclear pores through which RNA moves. So nuclear envelope (karyotheca) keeps the nuclear contents in place and distinct from cytoplasm.
