Solution:

The microspore mother cell (microsporocyte) is a diploid cell that divides meiotically to give rise to four haploid microspores, called sporophyll. In young anther lobe, meristematic tissue differentiates to form archesporial tissue at four corners in four lobes. This archesporial tissue divides to form sporogenous tissue and primary parietal layer. This primary parietal layer divides to form three layers endothecium, middle layer and tapetum of microsporangia.
