Solution:
Metamorphosis is of two types: complete and incomplete. Incomplete metamorphosis in insects is characterized by having an egg, which goes through several nymphal stages to form an adult. In each nymphal stage, a small version of the adult gets slightly bigger with age. This type of metamorphosis is a characteristic feature found in cockroaches.
