$T=2\pi \sqrt{l/g}$
$\Rightarrow T^2=4{\pi }^2.l/g$
$\therefore g=4{\pi }^{2}l/T^2$

$\frac{\Delta g}{g}=\frac{\Delta l}{l}+\frac{2\Delta T}{T}$
Length of simple pendulum $l=20cm$
acuracy $\Delta l=2mm=0.2cm$
Time for $50$ oscillations $T=40s$
resolution $\Delta T=1s$
$\therefore \frac{\Delta g}{g}=\left(\frac{0.2}{20}\right)+2\left(\frac{1}{40}\right)$
$=\frac{0.2}{20}+\frac{2}{40}=\frac{1.2}{20}$
