The circuit can be shown as given below
The equivalent resistance between A and C . RDC=15+(15+15)15×(15+15) =15+3015×30 =4515×30=10Ω
Now, between A and B , the resistance of the upper part ADCB, R1=15+10+15=40Ω
Between A and B , the resistance of the middle part AOB R2=15+15=30Ω
Therefore, equivalent resistance between A and B R1=R11+R21+R31 =401+301+151 =1203+4+8 =12015 ⇒R=15120=8Ω
