Solution:

Ethidium bromide (EtBr) is commonly used to visualize DNA in agarose gel electrophoresis. It is called an intercalating agent, as it settles between the nitrogenous bases of DNA and fluoresces under UV light. The Loading buffer solution is added to an electrophoresis sample to give it color and density.
Aniline blue is a soluble dye used as a biological dye, in fluorescence microscopy, appearing a yellow-green colour after excitation with violet light.
Bromophenol blue is useful as a tracking dye in electrophoresis, a laboratory acid-base indicator, a biological stain and an industrial dye.
Acetocarmine is a non-specific nuclear stain which simply binds the chromosomes and gives colour to them.
