$\therefore$ The distance from $x-$ axis
$=\sqrt{(2-2{)}^2+(3-0{)}^2+(4-0{)}^2}$
$=\sqrt{0+9+16}=5$
Whenever we find out the distance of a point from any coordinate-axis, which is equal to the sum of square root of rest of the coordinate axes.
