Solution:

↵ Nucleosome: DNA (negatively charged) wraps around the positively charged histone octamer. In a nucleosome, about 200 bp are present in DNA.
Chromatin: These are thread-like stained (coloured) bodies in which repeating units of nucleosomes with DNA in between. Under electron microscope (EM), chromatin appears as ‘beads on a string’.
Chromatin fibre: Further packaging of chromatin results in the formation of chromatin fibres. These chromatin fibres are further condensed and coiled during metaphase to take the shape of the chromosome. For this packaging, Non-histone Chromosomal proteins (NHC) are required.
Polysome: several ribosomes attached to a single mRNA to form a chain is called polysome/polyribosomes.
In eukaryotic cell during transcription initially, hn-RNA is formed, which contains exons and introns. Exons are expressing or coding sequences on mRNA while introns are interfering or non-coding sequences on mRNA.
