Micelles are the cluster or aggregated particles formed by association of colloids in the solution. The formation of micelles takes place only above a particular temperature called Kraft temperature (TK) and above a particular concentration called critical micelle concentration (CMC). The micelles may contain about 100 molecules or more. The conductivity of the solution decreases sharply at the CMC.
