Solution:
Paramecium is a ciliated protozoan. The cell of a Paramecium is slipper-shaped, with thousands of cilia all over the cell surface. They have a gullet cavity that opens to the outside of the cell surface. The coordinated movement of rows of cilia causes the water laden with food to be steered into the gullet.
