B, E and F are not associated with eukaryotic flagella. Prokaryotic flagella are made up of long filament, hook structure and basal body; filament is made of protein called flagellin. Basal body contains L, P, C, S and M rings. MS and C rings act as rotor that helps in locomotion by proton-driven force. However, in eukaryotic flagella active energy in form of ATP is used for locomotion. Hence, eukaryotic flagella lack flagellin and L, P, S and M rings.
In axoneme 9 + 2 arrangement of microtubules is present.
