Solution:

Statements (i) and (ii) are correct. Nuclear pores are the passages through which the movement of RNA and proteins takes place in both directions between the nucleus and cytoplasm. Chromatin contains DNA, some basic proteins, histones, some acidic non-histone proteins and RNA.
