Triticum aestivum (wheat) is widely grown food crop. It is hexaploid grown in all parts of the world. The wheat grain is a dry one-seeded indehiscent fruit caryopsis. It is used for making chapaties. Pennisetum typhoides (bajra) is also a millet.
