$\therefore \text{ Median }(M)=\frac{\left(\frac{n}{2}\right)\text{ th term }+\left(\frac{n}{2}+1\right)\text{ th term }}{2}$
$=\frac{46+48}{2}=47$
$\therefore \Sigma \left|x_1-M\right|=13+9+5+3+1+1+7+8+16+23=86$
$\therefore$ Mean deviation from Median
$=\frac{\Sigma |x_1-M|}{n}=8.6$
