Solution:

Rhizopus is a bread mould which has aseptate and coenocytic mycelium and belongs to phycomycetes. Penicillium has a septate and branched mycelium and belongs to ascomycetes, also called sac fungi. Ustilago or smut has a septate and branched mycelium and it belongs to basidiomycetes. Colletotrichum shows only the asexual phase. Hence, it belongs to deuteromycete or imperfect fungi.
