Renal artery caries blood towards kidney and this blood contains high amount of urea. The urea is filtered out in kidney during urine formation and thus renal vein carrying blood away from kidney has least amount of urea. Urethra contains urine, thus has high amount of urea. Hepatic vein, has highest amount of urea in blood because urea is formed in liver and then loaded into blood form exertion.
