Solution:

Person with blood group 'O' has no antigen on his but has both the antibodies (i.e., a and b) in his plasma. Whereas a person with blood group ' ' has both antigens but no antibody. Due to this blood group ' ' is universal donor and blood group 'AB' is universal acceptor.
