Solution:

The non-reproductive floral part(viz-calyx and corolla) unit, such as sepals or petal with their corresponding whorl is known as aestivation.
The aestivation is mainly divided into four categories based on a various pattern
a)Valvate-in this type of aestivation the margin of sepal or petals, touches or present in very close contact with each other but they do not overlap. This type of aestivation found in Calotropis, Brassica(mustard).
b)Twisted-in the twisted kind of aestivation. The sepals or petals overlap from one margin, and it coincided by another whorl from its next margin, and it continues similarly with other whorls. This type of aestivation found in Hibiscus rosa(china rose), Gossypium(cotton)
c)Imbricate- in this type of aestivation the floral whorl doesn't have any specific pattern of overlapping, completely overlapped partial overlapped and whorl with no overlapping is seen in this aestivation. It is present in This type of aestivation found in Cassia and Gulmohar.
Solution
d)Vexillary-this is the special type of aestivation found in the flower of Fabaceae family it consists of five whorls, one of the whorls is largest known as standard present posteriorly, and it covers the two lateral whorls these are known as wings, and this wing overlaps the margin of two small anterior whorls this small whorl is known as the keel. This type of aestivation found in Pisum sativum, Cajanus cajan(arhar) etc.
