Molarity =0.25M. Volume of 0.25M=4L

First of all we find mass of methanol (i.e. given mass)
Molarity = Volumeof solution(L) Number of moles
Molarity = Molar mass Given mass × Volume of solution(L) 1
Molar mass of CH3OH=12+3+16+1=32mol−1 ∴0.25mol−1=32gmol−1 Given mass ×4L1 ∴ Given mass =32g or 0.032kg
Again ∵ denstiy = volume (mL) given mass (kg) ∴0.8kgL−1=V(mL)0.032kg
or 0.8×1000kgmL−1=V(mL)0.032kg ∴V(mL)=0.8kgL−10.032kg×1000V(mL)=40
