Solution:

Macrophages are large, specialized cells that recognize, engulf and destroy target cells. They are formed in response to an infection or accumulating damaged or dead cells.
Fibroblast are most abundant undifferentiated mesenchyme stem cells that synthesize proteins (collagen, elastin and reticulin). The cells have vacuolated cytoplasm and branching processes.
Collagen fibres are the most abundant fibrous element of areolar and other connective tissues. There are long, unbranched fibres of a soluble and shining collagen protein.
Mast cells are large, irregular ovoid cells found in areolar tissue and its number increases during allergies. These cells produce chemicals like histamine and serotonin.
Elastic fibres are formed of elastin protein and these fibres are less numerous, thinner, branched, anastomosing and of a pale yellow colour.
