Solution:

One primary spermatocyte on division form two secondary spermatocytes. Each secondary spermatocyte on division form two spermatids. By this way each primary spermatocytes produce four spermatozoa. In other words one secondary spermatocytes produce two sperm (spermatozoa). As such 400 spermatozoa are produced from 200 secondary spermatocytes.
