Solution:

Blood corpuscles consist of RBC, WBC and Platelets. Mammalian RBC's are biconcave, circular and non-nucleated except Camel and Lama in which RBCs are biconvex and oval-shaped.RBC are also known as erythrocytes. RBC is enucleated. At the time of origin or fetal stage, the nucleus is present in the RBC, but it degenerates during the maturation process. Haemoglobin present in fetal RBC is fetal haemoglobin, and in RBC of adult human is adult haemoglobin. During embryonic life- Liver, Placenta, Spleen and Thymus gland produces RBC. In the adult stage, RBC is produced by red bone marrow present in between trabeculae of spongy bones.
WBC are of 5 types in which Neutrophils has maximum (60-65%) of TLC.
